Pamper yourself on Valentine’s Day by splurging on a spa package. Relieve pain reduce hypertension, and boost immunity with a massage; sit in a sauna to loosen up muscles; or my favorite, indulge your skin with anti-oxidant boosting facial.

Say Cheers

Grab a girlfriend and head to the nearest wine bar; your heart will love you for it, and that is something to be happy about right? The anti-oxidants in red wine will help reduce the risk of heart diseases and raise the level of heart-healthy omega-3s. Home alone? No worries! Pour yourself a glass and raise a toast to yourself.

Take a fitness class

Fitness classes aren’t just for the couples! Rev up your valentine’s day and try a class that is totally out of the box; pole dancing or trapeze lessons, anyone? Put on your dancing shoes

Whether it’s in the privacy of your own home or out of town, dancing is always a great way to celebrate. And on top of that it is also a massive calorie burner, 30 minutes of dancing burns almost 150 calories. So, put on your dancing shoes and get moving with the ladies at the club or at home.

Whip up a healthy meal

If you ask me I always feel satisfied after taking the time to cook a homemade meal. So, this Valentine’s Day share the load and divide the meal among friends. Nothing beats cooking together with girlfriends. And while you’re at it, get the music going as well, or through in some candles and have a candle light dinner with the ladies for the Valentine’s Day feel.

Get dolled up

This Valentine’s Day is the most confident version of you. Try out some makeup tutorials and experiment with different looks. Be as much dramatic as you want, through on whole lotta lash and slap on some classic red lipstick. Take selfies, be playful, have fun with yourself.
